
Part 1: ShootMore returning basketballs to the right elbow. Shooter 1 shoots from the elbow; then jogs toward right side baseline while watching the ball return over his left shoulder;

Part 2: Once the ball is into the ramp, the player circles and does a “curl screen” around cone at full speed near the wing and retrieves the ball at the right elbow. The player shoots, practicing footwork, squaring up, and balance.

Part 3: Player repeats the drill on the left side of the court, but operates the curl screen at the left elbow, simulating a slightly different game situation.
